Hi all-interestingly I gave one rating to BHIM in its app and left the
feedback that the app is inaccessible for persons with disabilities.
I got the call from the feedback team which frankly did not understand
anything of what I said, but I made them note the GIGW name and they
said that they will share this with developers. Whether or not it goes
through as a single user feedback, but if we do raise this feedback in
large quantity, I am sure it can have an impact if NPCI is indeed
monitoring the feedback.
I would request each one of the member to please rate BHIM as one, and
provide feedback that it is inaccessible for persons with disabilities
and compliance with Guidelines for Indian Government Websites is needed.
Let's make it big in numbers and test if something indeed happens!
