I fail to understand the discrimination angle hinted in the trail
mail.The circular mentions the minimum requirements and specifically
dilution of the provisions. It also mentions standard products.
Can someone please fill me in where I made a miss. I am wondering have
we now become cranky where instead of appreciating something positive we
find it compulsive to complain irrespective.
