Hi,
We bought Rs 20 Talktime, but it does not allow making calls. When Airtel
advertises this talktime package they do not inform customers that it can
only be used in conjunction with another package, and if this the case then
there is lack of transparency over product offers.
The Call-center numbers 121 and 198 cannot reach a service representative
because even after recharging with a 155 or 179 package, it claims there is
not enough talktime to make the call when we choose the option to speak to a
service representative. This further lacks integrity.
The Airtel store outlets are unable to offer any solutions on any of these
issues.
The Airtel App is also totally inaccessible to Mobile Phone screen-readers
used by the blind, such as VoiceOver for IOS or Talkback for Android.
Given the lack of access to consultants these many issues leaves a bitter
taste in dealing with this phone provider.
We are hopeful that someone will respond to these concerns.
