I have one suggesion see if it works. 1. Open start menu 2. Go to programs start menu 3. Choose start up. 4. See if google talk is listed above. If it is there, 5. press aplication key. 6. Choose the delete obtion 7. Press enter and say yes by pressing y. Hope it works.
