Hello Friends Actually my online railway concession has expired in 2021, how can I renew it using the website I tried following below mentioned steps, but it shares the medical form which needs to be signed by a government Doctor. What should I do??

All these should be self attested and scanned within 600 KB per document. First we need to register our mobile number by clicking into the form through the register new user. Provide all the necessary details like name, e-mail id, mobile number, aadhaar number (not mandated) and create account. The account would be valid only for one month. After creating the account, you can open the same link once again and type your registered mobile number on which you would receive OTP automatically once you enter the number. Enter the capcha which is accessible through google description reader option. Then log in. You would find two links. One would be the Railway concession certificate format which you need to obtain filled by the Medical officer. Another link would be for applying for the card. Provide all the details such as the uploading of the scanned documents, address, doctor's name, register number of the doctor, date of issue of the certificate, and name of the institute that provided the certificate. Then submit the form and wait till you get sms in your registered mobile as card generated. I received in 20 days... Hope I have clarified...
