"A 14" is the latest one from Samsung, which comes under your budget limit. But, it runs with Exinos basic processor. These processors are not much capable for mix usage of mobile. Thats why, I suggested you to buy Moto G73 newly lanched mobile from Motorola. It runs with MediaTech 930 processor. This processor is capable for mixed users of mobile.
