Hello, What specific phrase you are putting in the subject lines? I have defined [AI] which is the signature phrase of the mails from AccessIndia. Also, you need to be very specific while defining the from field. AccessIndia mails usually land from [email protected]. If you define these two fields correctly, I think you should be good to go.
