Samarthanam trust for the disabled and Cricket association for blind in Delhi (CABD) invites registrations for Car rally for persons with visual impairment. This rally is being supported by Rotary Club of Delhi southend next. Please note that only 1st 50 entries will be considered for the event on first come first serve basis and the participant should be able to read English open braille. No additional person will be allowed with the participant.
