Hi all, I wanted to place on record the fact that the workshop was held in a tripartite manner, between rehabilitation Council of India, Mission Accessibility and xrcvc. While mission Accessibility handled the first two days of the workshop, XRCVC handled the third day.
The role that has been played by this workshop in making digital offerings by the government more accessible, including in the realm of social media, is instrumental. For example, now they are using image descriptions with all their images on Twitter. We are very grateful to xrcvc for working with us in this manner. Let me also personally place on record my appreciation for Dr Sam‘s generous guidance and mentorship to us as a young organisation finding our feet in the world of Accessibility. Amar Jain, Mr. Rahul Bajaj co-founder of Mission Accessibility, Sh. Dhananjay Bhole, Srinivasu Chakravarthula,Shri. Dipendra Manocha and Mr. Sushil and Sheezan from Xavier's Resource Centre for the Visually Challanged.
