Hi

In the coming period, I’d like to take up strategic litigation on disability
rights causes with high impact potential, in the Delhi High Court and the
Supreme Court . For this purpose , I’d like you to help me identify particular
places in Delhi that are inaccessible and build my cases on that basis.
Please share examples of inaccessible spaces in the following categories, with
details as to the barriers that exist:

1. Inaccessible government museums, and ongoing government-run urban
development projects in Delhi where the principle of universal design is not
being complied with.

2. Private entities that are inaccessible to disabled people, such as four- and
five-star hotels, gyms, and shopping malls.

Your inputs will help us in securing greater disability justice.

Thanks

Rahul
