@Gufran, yes you are right, this is a service given by Fortum Drive and Charge. One prepaid card is provided by PinePerks for spending online murchants and offline stores. This is wonderful card as you can use it after loading from any credit or debit card. By this way you remain risk free and can get as maximum cashback as your credit card or debit card gives you. For instance, HDFC millenia debit card gives you 2.5% real cashback and SBI cashback credit card provides 5% real money, same can be availed if using this prepaid card after loading this card. However this card doesn't work for loading money to any wallet such as paytm, amazon or paulpay etc.
