Hello, Myself Prashant and wife Veena were in that show. It was shown many years earlier.
At that time we had Cook Magic Microwave from USA. Similar ones are still available but getting from USA is a big task and because of the need for power converter it is overall not a good idea. Later we discovered a Samsung model with some talking features. Some of our friends also bought it. That machine is no longer available. At present the Samsung machine which can be configured with Alexa and smart phone app is the best bet. I have observed that people mostly end up using the microwave for heating food only. Rarely people use it for cooking and baking. If that is the case, just pick up a basic Microwave from market with tactile buttons. You will just need to press one or two buttons and will be able to manage without talking features. I am saying this on the base of that, I had listened a video of nazar ya nazariya show by eyeway team, where they were talking about a visually impaired couple, who used various assistive devices in their daily lives, they demonstrated those devices in that show.
