Hi All, I have these 2 devices with me; BrailleMe and Talking clock from Saktek. Been having an issue with them. One is that the BrailleMe although switched on in the beginning, it is switching off after a while. I tried contacting the customer support, but the contact number isn't working. On the other hand, I set up the time on the talking clock, but upon pressing the main button, only the Light feature is working. The clock is not reading out the time. The volume button is up, despite that I am not sure what's wrong. Any help will be highly appreciated.
