Dear List members, What is the procedure for using the facility of scribe/writer during IGNOU MA term-end examination? Is the approval required to be obtained in advance from the concerned regional centre or will it be given on the spot at the exam centre allotted to me? Has IGNOU prescribed any special restriction/criteria for scribe?
