First i like to wish you all the best for your new roll yes accenture is bery much supportive for person with disability you can ask your reporting manager what kind of assistive techmologies do you use like JAWS or NVDA i know a script for jaws is abailable for SAP to make it more accessible they can provide that as well You will have to work on platform which they are working on they will not provide different platform but they will provide assistive technology to you.
