Dear all, Nowadays, I am getting calls from HDFC representatives offering personal loans but when I say I am blind, they express regret saying that they don't offer loans to the blind customers.
I think the calls would continue unless I take a loan from the Bank. So I want to know whether any of you had taken loan from the HDFC Bank. If yes, have you followed any additional procedure for that? Also, is there any policy document from the Bank on offering their services to the visually impaired customers?
