Hi, for JAWS: Press INSERT+J to open the JAWS application window. 2. Press ALT+H to choose the Help menu, and then press ENTER to choose Training. You can find application specific hot keys by pressing insert + h then use up/down arrow keys to read and press escape key to exit from the dialog box.
NVDA: Press insert + n for NVDA menue then press h for help then press q for quick reference. Hope this helps.
