Hi friends I am vikas Gupta from delhi bhajanpura. One of my friend is suffering from kidney problem. He is 100 percent visually impaired. He is having dialysis atleast 3 days in weak and his financial problem is not very good. He is not entitled to receive the medical insurance at this time.
