Hi, Just saw this thread, I think following steps should resolve the issue. 1. Open authenticator app and make sure that your account is configured and you are on the first tab "authenticator". 2. Locate the more options button (found at top right of the screen). 3. Choose "show code" from the options and it should display the 6 digit code along with timer.
