Hi Saurav, I raised complaint about Amazon twice recently but no use. Actually I paid for 2 sets of trousers. They sent me only one and ensured that another i would be getting after a week. It has been several months and i'm yet to receive the product. In second instance, I bought a Redmi tablet, it's battery can last only for an hour. Amazon gives timeline of 10 days for replacement. I initiated the replacement prosess for tab but noone came to pick up the said product. I feel cheated. I have decided that i will never buy electronic products online. These Amazon is following unethical practices.
