Hi, The slide sorter view comes in handy when you want to work with multiple slides. You can copy, move and delete one or more slides in this view.
To switch to Slide Sorter view: • ALT+V, D (classic menu) • ALT+W, I (ribbon) In this view, you can: • Navigate across slides using ARROW keys • Select multiple slides using SHIFT+ARROW keys • Copy slides using CTRL+C and CTRL+V combinations. • Move slides using CTRL+X and CTRL+V combinations. • Delete slides using DELETE key Note that: • The slide number and title is indicated while navigating across slides and selecting them. • Copying and moving slides works across multiple open presentations too. Pressing ENTER key on a selected slide Opens it in Normal view and closes the Slide Sorter view. To switch to Normal view: • ALT+V, N (classic menu) • ALT+W, L (ribbon) Hope it helps!
