Friends, recently My friend Sanjai had written about E Vehicles going soundless on roads create problem for VI persons, but here in delhi even partially blind persons are facing problem of these E Rikh=sha going even without light on delhi roads in night, myself Partially blind, in day light I can see little bit so I can manage on road but at night E rikshas in delhi do not switch their head light to save their Battery which create problem for person like me, I normally see the light coming and going and cross the road, whenever these E rikshas go on road without light & sound I am facing problem and many times these E rikshas has even hit me, regarding this I had sent mail to Delhi Police Commissioner also, from there also I did not get any reply.
