One small correction seems to be in order. After pressing enter on a message to read it, and you turn on virtual cursor with Insert Z, then you have finished reading the message and turn virtual cursor off, you cannot arrow down to the next message. You first have to press the Back command of the browser which is Alt Left arrow. This is because you will still be in the opened message and need to return to the message list.
