Hi, Refer to RBI's circular on Banking facilities for senior citizens and differently abled dated 9th November, 2017. It is available on RBI's official website www.rbi.org.in under notification link. When you click on notification link, a table is displayed. Go to end of the table. Then click on 2017, Then click on November. Then go back to the new table which appears on the web page. There you can find the desired circular. Also, there is no RBI guideline to provide higher RoI on FD to persons with disability. HTH
