SK: If the same mobile number is linked to more than one accounts, then how to 
switch between them on whatsapp banking.
RG: If the accounts pertains to the same customer and the customer ID/CIF ID in 
the accounts is same then all accounts will be shown in the list of accounts in 
WhatsApp Banking while availing services. 
SK: Normally, there is a chance of linking the same mobile number for all 
family members.
RG: The digital Banking services on mobile are linked with the mobile numbers 
in the account and if you wish to avail mobile banking services then it is 
essential to have different mobile numbers linked in different accounts/CIF IDs 
with  the Bank. 
SK: How to overcome this issue.
RG: as mentioned above get different mobile numbers registered in each 
individual's customer profile. 
SK: I also want to know Union banking is possible to provide  doorstep banking 
services for visually impaired .
RG: Yes Union Bank of India provides DSB services as part of PSB alliance. For 
more information you may contact the customer care of the  Bank on the

Dear Sir,

members. There is a good chance of having  all members account number to be 
linked to same mobile number. How to overcome this issue.
Please guide me. I also want to know Union banking is possible to provide
