RG: If the accounts pertains to the same customer and the customer ID/CIF ID in the accounts is same then all accounts will be shown in the list of accounts in WhatsApp Banking while availing services. SK: Normally, there is a chance of linking the same mobile number for all family members. RG: The digital Banking services on mobile are linked with the mobile numbers in the account and if you wish to avail mobile banking services then it is essential to have different mobile numbers linked in different accounts/CIF IDs with the Bank. SK: How to overcome this issue. RG: as mentioned above get different mobile numbers registered in each individual's customer profile.
