Try the airtel thanks app. I was able to pay my broadband bill just 2 days ago from that app. I cannot give you steps since I had to explore the screen and tap on various items but things may be improving. I tried logging into the Website at https://www.airtel.in/manage-account/ but there it only shows the main plan details for the services like Fibre and Sim plans.
