I am writing to seek assistance with two issues I have encountered while
using the Railway Epass website.

Firstly, I am unable to download or print the railway epass from the
website. The options for "normal print" and "id print" appear in plain text
but are not functional. I have tried using different browsers and devices,
but the issue persists.

Secondly, a friend of mine registered for an epass using their mobile
number but did not complete the document upload process a year ago. When we
recently attempted to complete the application, we were unable to locate
the upload option.

I would be grateful if anyone could provide solutions to these problems.
