Yes only in up roadways buses and if you have 100% of disability certificate then 1 escort will also be allowed and its not velid in sleeper or AC buses but its velid in local city electric buses as well. Just you habe to show your UDID and aadhar bus condecter will make a entry in his record and will allow you to travel
