Perhaps there is no restriction on vi persons becoming primary teachers.
Maybe it is listed in the job survey compiled by the ministry of social
justice and empowerment. Please check the list.
Though jobs are scarce in West Bengal, especially for the vi community,
there are a number of primary teachers in West Bengal. I think, we have some
friends on this list who are working ar primary teachers.
