Although now that we are talking about talking watches, I do have a question. In foreign countries, I have seen that there are a variety of talking watches such as in RNIB (London) and MaxiAids (USA); though unfortunately the former does not provide international shipping while I am not aware about the latter although that one might do so. But in any case, why hasn't there been much developement of such watches in India? For instance, in RNIB, I saw a watch whose time announcement could be operated via touch and there was also a system to control the volume of the announcement. In India, I have barely seen 2-3 varieties of talking watches.
