As a Central Government employee, frequently, we have to use NIC id for communications. After entering password, we have to append a 6 digit code which is generated by Kavach App which I have installed in my mobile. This code changes every 30 seconds. Some of the VI persons may find it difficult to swipe for code, listen and enter the same in computer. This I can manage. But, I believe this duration should be extended to 60 seconds. Coming to my problem, I can send email to one person. But when I have to send to multiple persons using cc and bcc, AFTER PRESSING SEND BUTTON, jaws and NVDA DISPLAYS ERRORS. I tried with different options--separating by comas and semicolons with and without space but could not succeed in sending mails to multiple IDs. If anyone in this group is using NIC email services with Kavach, please guide me. Otherwise, we must take up this issue with them. thanks.
