Well, I have been guided several times in such a way and haven't had such a problem. I am able to understand and move according to the different speeds of each person and the difference isn't also that great. When it comes to turning, if you are aware enough, you'll be able to understand when to turn and if there is a railing or not. Here, the awareness is in terms of the other people walking with you. WHen the person ahead of you turns, uou automatically get to know when to turn. Now after being guided in this way, I haven't really felt any loos in dignity as it were.
