You make a poor sweeping statement in your subject line. Please be
mindful, you are on a public space and such loose statement could hurt
in future as mails are easily searchable and enjoys good ranking on
searches.
From what I gather, you have not done enough preparation to start with
which is the cause of your present trouble. You can of course enforce
your rights if you have been discriminated with.
