If they are blind then may be a slate-and-stylus along with a braille sheet thickness paper writing pad, for taking notes manually.
Then again most would prefer taking voicenotes or memos on their smart phones anyway. Anyway just a thought. May be an accessible smart-phone if that’s in budget!
