Respected Rosaline mam. Hope that this message finds you well. I have described the procedure of the renewal of the railway concession form below in this message. So mam, at the first place you would have to visit your nearest government hospital in order to get your eyes checked, and where a specialised doctor or medical officer will examine you and will provide you with the railway concession certificate. Dont forget to carry along your disability certificate or the UDID card if you have one. After the railway concession certificate is issued by the government hospital, then you can apply for the railway E-concession card also known as the railway Photo-ID card for persons with disabilities. There are certain railway divisions that provide for an online portal from where you can apply for the E-concession card, but still most of the railway divisions do not have this facility. Hence, you can search and find out that which is the nearest DRM office near your city. You can then visit to the nearest DRM office with your disability certificate along with the railway concession certificate which was given to you by the government hospital and follow up with the DRM office to apply for the E-concession card. You also need to carry some more documents with you when you go to the DRM office, such as the passing certificates of class 10th, your valid ID proof such as the Aadhar card ETC and some passport size photographs of yours. The DRM office will then assist you with the further process of form filling and they will guide you with the entire thing. I hope that this information helps. Regards Ajay
