Upon filing for 10 ea under type of disability combo box there is no
blindness available! Is there any solution available or will there be any

Yes you can file it in only on-line mode. For this, login on efileing
portal, click on efile menu, than click income tax forms, and click on the
second tab which is person without business. You will get the form here.
You will need scan copy of your disability certificate and it's all details
like certificate no., name of the issuing authority, reg no. Etc.
