Hi bro, Nothing OS is a custom skin from Nothing. However, it is proper android under that. So, you will get Talkback as default and you can install anything like all android devices. You can make a buying decision on other parameters and not worry about basic accessibility much. Nothing OS is also having quite a clean UI.
