hi all, I want to know that. Does delhi RTO offers the GST concession to the visually impaired buyers of cars? if yes, how can I claim it. I have proofs of my address of delhi. As, I have a house in delhi and UP also. So, if delhi RTO offers me that concession without any hard fuss with them. I can buy my car from there. please tell me if thats possible. thanks, Udit
