The issues are on the Android platform when using the IRCTC app. Additionally, the iOS app is not even accessible. How can I get a booked, confirmed ticket without a waiting ticket? The IRCTC application, Indian Railway Connect, is problematic. While it's usable, issues arise during payment after entering the OTP for the UPI option. Many buttons are poorly ordered and not properly labeled. Even when I manage, the session often times out, debiting the payment without booking the ticket. I'm really sick of this waiting system in Indian Railway and seek a refined solution for these issues.
