Thank you for your response, Tutab. I will definitely reach out to you. Currently, I am living in Patna. When I was in Hyderabad, I contacted LV Prasad Rehabilitation Center, but they informed me that I needed to book an appointment first. Unfortunately, my office hours are from Monday to Friday, and my friend was unable to take leave on a working day to assist me.
I called LV Prasad Rehabilitation Center directly and explained that I have a visual disability certificate. However, they insisted that I need an appointment from and a referral from LV prasad for cane training. Now that I am in Patna, I am looking for cane training near my city, such as in Delhi or Noida, where I can also find accommodation to stay while I learn cane training. -- Disclaimer: 1.
