Hello, friends it is indeed a very dangerous move that railway is giving only concession under PWD Kota if we accept such kind of move, it can be applied to other trains also in a future.

Yes, you can book concessional ticket only in PWD quota. you
can't book concessional ticket in general quota. this concessional
booking should also be extended to general quota. If PWD quota is
full and anyone wish to book concessional ticket with general
quota if vacancy is their, he ccan't.
However, it is a successful effort made by your team. In AC chair
car it is very dificult to find the respective seat for blind
alone. Now in vande bharat this quota will provide seat near to
the door.
