Dear list,
Sharing One more stride in our traverse of inclusion at Union Bank of India.
The Bank has taken a significant step towards inclusion by integrating IAAP
(International Association of Accessibility Professionals) courses into its
Learning and Development policy. The courses include:
1. Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC)
2. Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS)
3. Accessible Document Specialist (ADS)
These certifications will enhance accessibility across the Bank's services,
increase awareness, and position the Bank as a leader in inclusive practices.
Additionally, the Bank has published its HR manual in an accessible PDF format,
ensuring all employees can easily access it.
Learning and Development is key to fostering a culture of inclusion, and these
initiatives reflect the Bank's ongoing commitment to accessibility.
