Hi
I have seen your posts, it may be possible some mails may be landing in
your junk/spam folder, if this is the case, select all AI mails and mark
it as not junk, you may have to do this exercise, until your mail
clients identifies as this id to be genuine mails. Also add AI ID in
your contacts.
