Vectors are taught in tenth science classes and 11th maths classes. A visually impaired student can easily solve vector related questions if he has memorized basic vector rules. Velocity based questions are based upon it. Generally, we use such questions to locate some point in a 2-dimentional or 3-dimentional plains. My advice: Go through math books of 11th and 12th maths and search for these problems. No tools can help unless basic terms are not clear.
