I DM to Rajesh Aggarwal sir (Secretary of Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities) to highlight the current issues of Sugamya Bharat App. He respond me positively. I trust him because he also respond me positively on CCPD live streeming as well as before M.O.U of Sugamya Bharat App and he did work on these feedbacks. My message: Good afternoon Sir, After the MOU, the Sugamya Bharat App has improved a lot, but there are still many major issues, such as: 1. New Issue: I am getting this message: “You have already registered 6 complaints. You can’t register any more complaints.” 2. Old Issues: ◦ Only 2 MB of video can be uploaded, and we can write only 500 characters, which are very limited for reporting accessibility issues. ◦ Internal Voice Guidance Camera, Dark Mode, and Complaint Draft features are not available. ◦ Before the MOU, I submitted 10 complaints, most of which were closed without any positive outcome. ◦ Editing AND registering complaints are also difficult due to app inaccessibility. ◦ Full complaint details do not appear in the view detail section, such as suggestions to improve accessibility. * I also registered new complaints after the app improvement, but the app team is not taking any action on the complaints. Additionally, I cannot register new complaints after 6 complaints as the 6 complaints restriction message is appearing, which was not there before the MOU. The AI features that newspapers covered regarding the app after the MOU are also not implemented in the app. I positively encourage persons with disabilities to register their complaints on this app, but I am receiving complaints about the app from their side.
