great initiative indeed. points to be noted: 1. floor announcements. 2. accessible sight documents. 3. path to lift from the security gate. 4. position must be the same for the doorbell switches. 5. all the mobile security apps like mygate must made accessible for screen readers. 6. security guys must blind friendly. 7. bathrooms and other amenities must be accessible for locomotor disability and senior citizens. last but not in the list. all the landlords should have the awareness towards the disabilities.
