Hi Srinivas, Answering some of the questions which I know. As far as getting down is concerned, the announcements in the train are very loud and clear, so you can be prepared beforehand. As in stand near the entrance. The entrance is automatic and hence there is no fear of falling of like in normal passenger trains. There are attendance as well. I believe you could ask them for assistance as an inform them that you will need assistance while dropping off at a particular place. As regards luggage, it is similar to aircraft when there is a compartment on top, otherwise you can keep under your seat.
