Hi all, I generally use Uber and Rapido for booking cabs. I have given multiple feedbacks to these apps within their app and also on their Twitter handle. Generally, both these platforms give text-based, and most often templated reply. However, feedbacks regarding safety concerns (like unsafe/rash driving) are taken seriously and call back is received for understanding concerns and assuring prompt action for resolution.
