Hello mate, how are you? Well, I have been using the commentary screen reader as my primary screen reader on Android for the last 2 to 3 years, or more actually. Once you get the hang of the screen reader, you will find that talk back is nowhere close. Here is the link you should go through, which will give you a basic idea.
