Hi, The PG portal ( https://pgportal.gov.in ) is a a government portal for filing grievances against public authorities for any deficiency in service. Once a grievance is registered on the portal, a response has to be given by the concerned authority within 3 to 4 weeks. However, there is an image-based captcha on the portal for which a sighted assistance will be required.
